Francis Chen 陈涛
Chief Representative Officer

Francis, originally from Dalian in north China, worked in the commercial department of Keppel Shipyard for two years prior to joining Kennedy Marr in December 2007.

Since February 2010 he has been based in China and he is now Chief Representative Officer of Kennedy Marr's Dalian office.

He has a diploma in Offshore & Marine Technology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore and a diploma in International Business from Dalian University in China. He speaks fluent Mandarin.
