Francis Chen Francis, originally from Dalian in north China, worked in the commercial department of Keppel Shipyard for two years prior to joining Kennedy Marr in December 2007. Francis is now stationed in Beijing, having opened Kennedy Marr's representative office there in February 2010. He has a diploma in Offshore & Marine Technology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore and a diploma in International Business from Dalian University in China. He speaks fluent Mandarin.
